Even worse those who do say that they love their body, smile, personality etc. are put down. Or called “conceited”. Enough is enough. Be proud of your body and who you are. Stop apologizing.

excuse me while I’m in a bathing suit in the middle of winter…. but this is my transformation from the summer of 2013 to the winter of 2014.  its amazing what thirteen pounds can look like on and off your body. I am literally so embarrassed of the picture on the left.. but I am in a much healthier place now. My change happened by becoming lactose intolerant and going to the gym (some what), but mostly because I became aware of what I put into my body. I like to think it was a blessing in disguise, but I really do miss pizza and ice cream and chocolate though…..
^^ OMG. YOU!!!! Amazing

just found out i’m lactose intolerant and lost 8 lbs in the first month of no dairy….but i miss all the yummy yogurt and ice cream and pizza and cheeseburgers
